At Savairaa, each product is made-to-order, specially crafted just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, our return and refund policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a quality product and a smooth shopping experience.

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product has a printing error or manufacturing defect
  • You received a different item from what you ordered

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Clear images/videos of the issue must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Situations

As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size issues (please check size chart carefully before ordering)
  • Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by courier partners

3. Return Timeframe

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Supporting images/videos

4. Replacement & Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund
  • In most cases, we provide a free replacement rather than a return

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will:

  • Provide a free replacement, OR
  • Issue a full refund, depending on the situation

8. Return Shipping Costs
